It's been amazing creating for this brand, which boasts a badass setup with some operations for smoking up some killer meats, crafting epic signature burgers, and baking rustic goodness :) – Now, Marcos, our top-notch chef who's been all over the fancy restaurant scene, found his groove in his laid-back-flavor-packed garage kitchen, producing in the smallest details the tastiest meats, sandwiches and breads I have ever been able to try in my life.
As for Tocha's vibe, we're all about that rustic, no-frills, clean and straightforward style. We've kept it real, and it fits perfectly with the way they roll. ✨
