The Brand & Aim:
Willow Peak operates at the intersection of architectural preservation and modern commercial development. The website needed to communicate their unique niche of acquiring aging properties and transforming them into valuable, purpose-driven assets. The primary aim was to attract potential investors, property sellers, and development partners by showcasing their expertise and successful project portfolio.

My Solution: I architected a clear information hierarchy that breaks down their sophisticated three-phase process (Identify, Reposition, Repurpose) into digestible, expert content. The strategic use of confident typography and a premium color palette (black, white, gold) reinforces their position as industry leaders in property transformation.
