A legal IT staffing agency approached me to redesign their website to better reflect their expertise in IT solutions for legal and business clients. Their existing site lacked a clear structure, visual consistency, and concise messaging, which made it challenging for visitors to quickly understand their offerings. The goal was to create a professional, modern experience that would position the company as a trusted and forward-thinking technology partner.

I conducted a UX and accessibility audit to identify pain points on the existing site and presented key findings to the client. Based on those insights, I led the visual design process, creating a clean, accessible layout that prioritized readability and intuitive navigation. To support the content, I sourced relevant stock visuals and developed custom illustrations that helped explain complex services like document management and cloud integration. These visuals enhanced clarity and added brand personality without distracting from the message.

As part of the content design, I rewrote and restructured all site copy using plain language principles. I organized the content to support scanning, emphasized benefits over features, and ensured the tone matched the company’s voice.
