To develop a scalable website for Pollock Commercial, that does justice to the created design style, incorporating delightful interactions while ensuring easy content management for clients.

The project started with an async scoping session with Branden (delightful owner of Build). He shared a Loom video walking through the wireframes, which proved invaluable in estimating the timeline and planning the website's structure and interactions.

This approach allowed for a deep understanding of the project requirements before the kick-off call, setting a solid foundation for the development process. It exemplified how effective communication and planning can streamline the development process, even when working asynchronously.
