Outcome-Driven Architecture: Analyzed traditional property management bottlenecks to map out a streamlined digital landlord-tenant journey.
Role-Based Portals: Engineered secure, dual sided environments - a Tenant Portal for browsing rooms and submitting requests, and a comprehensive Owner Dashboard for approvals and oversight.
Automated Workflows (Tools): Built a custom calculation engine that automatically computes utility bills by comparing previous and current meter readings, eliminating manual math errors.
Rich Content Integration: Implemented a secure document management system allowing owners to instantly upload, link, and store tenant ID proofs and rental agreements safely in the cloud
