Kuberly is a B2B SaaS that automates AWS and Kubernetes for teams without dedicated DevOps. Teams stalled at the very start: connecting AWS and achieving the first deploy required too much context, jargon, and manual steps across disparate tools (AWS Console, Terraform scripts, back-and-forth chats). Business stakeholders lacked visibility into costs and environment health, slowing decisions. Developers needed a better balance between “automated by default” and “under my control”: a fast default path with safe ways to intervene. Access and security added friction—roles and policies were opaque, risking both compliance and day-to-day productivity. The result was slow time-to-value, high cognitive load, and a fragmented experience we set out to turn into a more human interface with guardrails, an out-of-the-box first successful deploy, and clear cloud economics.

Clients cut AWS spend by ~38% via our reseller model; we cover 73% of usage at a 38% discount and capture a 19% margin, while the platform itself remains free with DevOps support included. Commercially, we add 6–8 new customers per month with an average AWS bill of about $4.3k per client.
