The Challenge ✨

Lighthouse Labs offers a 12-week coding Bootcamp. Dillon joined the Lighthouse Labs team in July 2019 to manage all paid ads for the company. Dillon was responsible for driving awareness and generating leads through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

He was responsible for managing all aspects of the campaigns including copy, creative, audiences, analytics, and reporting.

The Stats 💯

Dillon profitably increased student applications from 130 applications a month to over 1000 applications per month. Dillon was also able to scale up paid ad spend from less than $10,000 a month to over $70,000 a month. Dillon's efforts helped Lighthouse Labs become one of the leading coding Bootcamps in North America.
