What steps did you take to solve this project’s problem? Share your ideas, what you discovered along the way, and what processes you took to arrive at your solution.

I analyzed the current content and DM strategy. Most of it was efficient and very organic and organized but was still missing that "human" touch. With my expertise and passion for music, I decided to start doing Demo Critiques and fun trivia on the stories. I asked deep personal questions and how music helped the followers in their life and built a conversation with them. From there I formed a bond and used my call to action

Results 🎁

I had the pleasure and opportunity of speaking with many talented EDM artists and fans, Our follower count grew by a few thousand, our FaceBook community started to engage more and it felt like a group chat of online friends. They discuss things from the magazine, EDM news, etc.

What are some things you’ve learned from this project? Is there anything you’d do differently?

Some things that I learned from this was the connection and beauty of community. I had the pleasure and opportunity of speaking with many talented EDM artists and fans, I got the best of both worlds in understanding their perspectives and sides. Providing valuable content such as advice or things to help people is key to building your community. No one wants to be sold to. People WANT a relationship, a connection! This goes for both businesses and clients. It really takes a village to make things run.
