I successfully implemented HRIS (Human Resources Information System) across various companies, including those in education, retail, wholesale, and AgTech sectors. This involved selecting the most suitable HRIS platform tailored to each company’s specific needs, streamlining HR operations, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. I automated key HR workflows such as payroll processing, benefits administration, time tracking, and leave management.
I collaborated with cross-functional teams to configure the HRIS to automate manual tasks like data entry, document management, and compliance tracking, thereby reducing errors and increasing operational efficiency.
