Role: Rive Motion Designer / Character Animator

Technology Migration: Acted as the primary consultant and technical lead in transitioning the company’s animation pipeline from Lottie to Rive, ensuring a seamless shift across design and engineering teams.

Character Animation System: Designed and animated dozens of unique character assets, including a complex system of gestures and emotions. The focus was on creating a supportive, empathetic, and caring user experience to align with Flo’s brand mission.

Workflow Optimization: Developed interactive assets using Rive’s State Machine, which offloaded the animation logic from the developers to the design side. This significantly reduced implementation time and engineering overhead.
