They specialize in purchasing mortgage notes—loans homeowners seek to sell for cash. When homeowners sell their properties while financing the sale, they carry the mortgage. The company provides cash for these mortgages, allowing sellers to receive immediate funds. In turn, they receive the loan payments and interest. Additionally, they buy and sell real estate, including homes.

What have I learned from this Brand?
Brand System: This project deepened my understanding and skills in brand design systems.
Color Schemes: I gained valuable insights into defining, creating, and utilizing color schemes for branding. This project was instrumental in experimenting with meaningful colors.
Designing Tools: I enhanced my proficiency with various design tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, which are essential for brand design.
Select Note System: I became familiar with the Select Note system and how it assists individuals in the USA who may not have sufficient funds.
