Full-Stack SaaS Development: Engineering a Complex CMS Architecture and Custom Logic for a $2M AI Startup
Moonnox is the "OS for Professional Services," designed to help consulting teams stop hacking together tools and start turning projects into fuel for growth. As a $2M-funded startup, they needed a digital presence that functioned with the same intelligence as their platform—handling complex insights and multi-stage service models. The challenge was building a site that felt like a high-end tool while ensuring it stayed fast and easy for their team to update.
I didn't just build pages; I built a "Productivity Engine." The goal was to deliver a modular system that allows the Paces team to launch new pages independently while maintaining a premium, consistent look.
I translated 100+ Figma components into a flexible library using the Client-First framework. This allows the team to drag, drop, and reconfigure sections to build on-brand pages in minutes without touching code.

I engineered the platform to handle complex SaaS workflows, including secure membership areas and sophisticated data visualizations, ensuring the user experience is as smooth as the design.
3. Pixel-Perfect Execution
I matched every detail of the Figma system with total precision. From complex data grids to subtle UI interactions, the live site is an exact mirror of the original design.
