EquineHire is a niche job platform designed specifically for the equine industry, connecting employers with skilled professionals in the field.

Our goal was to create a seamless, high-performance job board with advanced search capabilities, strong SEO, and a scalable infrastructure to support long-term growth.

We built EquineHire from the ground up, handling both frontend and backend development using Laravel. The platform was designed to deliver an intuitive user experience, enabling job seekers to find relevant listings quickly while allowing employers to post and manage job opportunities with ease.

To enhance search functionality, we integrated Algolia-powered search, ensuring lightning-fast, highly relevant results. This implementation significantly improved user engagement by enabling quick filtering and accurate job recommendations.

Achieving strong search visibility was a key objective. We implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy, leveraging:

• Google Search Console & Analytics for continuous performance tracking and optimization.

Structured data & metadata enhancements to improve search engine rankings.

• Keyword optimization, securing top positions for competitive terms like Equine Jobs.

Over several months we were able to get EquineHire in top ranking positions for keywords that we were aiming for.

To ensure reliability and scalability, we deployed the platform using Laravel Forge, automating server management and optimization.

Hosting was set up on Digital Ocean, providing a high-performance, cost-effective infrastructure capable of handling traffic growth efficiently.

Since launch, EquineHire has established itself as a leading job platform in the equine industry, benefiting from high search rankings, fast performance, and a user-friendly experience.
