In the cutthroat Gurgaon real estate market, a single website often tries to do too much: sell luxury corporate services and push urgent property deals. This results in a diluted brand that convinces no one.
For Saurabh Bansal, we realized that a standard “Real Estate Website” wasn’t enough. We needed a Digital Ecosystem. We executed a strategic split: creating Wvin Wealth as the “Corporate Fortress” for institutional trust, and Invest Prime Property as the “Hunter” for aggressive lead generation.
By decoupling these goals, we allowed the brand to breathe and the sales engine to run at full speed—syncing everything back to a central CRM.

Attempting to sell ₹10Cr commercial assets and ₹50L residential flats on the same page was confusing high-net-worth investors and diluting the premium brand appeal.
