Application for Caregivers for Families

Our team collaborated with a Bay Area startup to design and develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a web-based caregiving marketplace. This two-sided platform connects families seeking caregiving services with professional caregivers, focusing on facilitating safe, efficient, and meaningful interactions. By emphasizing solid engineering practices and prioritizing user needs, we successfully launched the platform in the Bay Area, with scalability and growth in mind.

We worked with the client to define a comprehensive set of features that would meet initial user needs and create a strong foundation for future growth. Our team implemented features such as User Registration & Onboarding, Search & Discovery, Booking & Scheduling, Booking & Scheduling, Payments and Notifications & Alerts

The platform was developed using a robust tech stack: TypeScript, Node, and React, which provided the flexibility and performance required to manage high volumes of concurrent users with a load time of under three seconds. A team of four engineers worked on this project, building with a focus on clean, modular code that ensures future scalability. We emphasized data security, SSL encryption, secure password storage, and third-party payment integrations to protect user data and build trust within the platform.
