Application for Dental Support Organization

I met the founder via Google alumni network to help him build a comprehensive platform using Ruby on Rails to streamline and automate the administrative workflows for a large, multi-location healthcare organization. The software supports patient communication, data analytics, vendor management, and complex payroll and taxation processes, managing over 350GB of data and used by 250+ support staff. I also helped built a a robust desktop application with Electron and React, the platform leverages real-time GRPC bi-directional streaming for instant data synchronization between cloud servers and clinic locations. We automated invoice processing by extracting and organizing data from hundreds of emails daily, reducing manual workload substantially. Our payroll system also models intricate incentive structures, ensuring accurate payroll generation without manual intervention.

From time to time, as the workload increased, my team helped to build the features with me without affecting the necessary velocity needed to release features.
