Crawl Space: Dual-State App for Shopping & Brand Discovery

The project is an Odoo-based implementation focused on customizing and enhancing various business workflows, particularly in sales, warranty management, dealer operations, and financial transactions. The project involves extensive module customizations, access control enhancements, and automation of key business processes to optimize operational efficiency.

One of the major technical implementations includes refining the QR code-based warranty registration system, which now supports multiple product entries per order. This required modifications in the scanning mechanism, auto-filling product details, and structuring the database to handle multiple product warranties under a single registration.

Dealer management has been enhanced by integrating zip code-based filtering, allowing customers to locate dealers within a specific region dynamically.

The credit limit visibility has been restricted based on user roles, ensuring that only authorized users can access and modify financial data within the Contact module.

A centralized payment configuration now allows admins to enable or disable specific payment options, ensuring only selected methods are available during transactions.

Additionally, system-wide email configurations have been restructured to support multiple SMTP servers, routing emails based on the respective company (Contractors or Encapsulation).

The project has more than 119 screens, being divided into two states, Shop which is the part of the application where the user will view the clothes and being able to buy all the brand's pieces and Brand, which is a section of the app where you can learn more about the brand, reading articles, seeing about careers and the places where it has stores.

The project also includes refining print functionalities to trigger the print dialog automatically after PDF generation, implementing warranty period configuration management, and restricting external user registration on company websites.

Lastly, the frontend has been redesigned with the installation and configuration of Theme Scita to enhance user experience across the Odoo system.
