OC Vet Animal Hospital: A Website That Books While the Clinic Sleeps

A veterinary clinic in Laguna Woods, California needed more than a brochure site. It needed a front desk that never closes.

The problem

Pet owners work daytime hours. Vet clinics answer phones during the same daytime hours.
So booking a visit meant calling during your own workday, getting a busy line, leaving a voicemail, waiting for a callback. Some owners finished that loop. Plenty gave up and called the next clinic on Google.

What I built

A new website with scheduling built directly into it.
Owners pick the service, choose a time slot, and confirm the visit without a single phone call. The whole flow works on a phone screen first, because that is where pet owners actually are when they decide to book: on the couch at 9pm with a limping dog next to them.
The site also carries the basics a clinic site usually gets wrong: clear service pages, real photos, hours, directions, and one obvious booking button on every page. No PDF forms, no "call us to schedule."

The result

The calendar fills 24/7 now. A visitor landing on the site after hours converts into a booked appointment by morning, with zero effort from the clinic staff.
For the front desk, the phone tag is over. They walk in each morning to a schedule that filled itself overnight.

Where it stands

Live and taking bookings daily.
A clinic website has one job: turn a worried pet owner into a confirmed appointment before they open the next tab. Everything on this build points at that job.
