Off-Plan Properties

Off-Plan Properties is a comprehensive real estate platform designed to streamline the management of clients, developers, developments, introducers, and sales. The system includes a website, admin dashboard, and introducer dashboard, all developed using React, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and MongoDB.

I individually developed the entire system, focusing on creating a seamless user experience across all interfaces. From designing the frontend with React and Tailwind CSS to building the backend with Node.js and MongoDB, I ensured the platform was robust and efficient.

The main challenge was to create a unified platform that could handle various aspects of the real estate business, including client and developer management, sales tracking, invoice and remittance generation, and analytics. By integrating these features into a single system, I provided a comprehensive solution that simplifies operations and enhances productivity for the business.
