What I do
Participate in advisory to Bank's Supervisory Board on Digital Transformation;
Preparation of bank policies and procedures in regard to product development framework;
Forming transformation success KPIs in Corporate Banking Stream and approving them with Stakeholders;
Supervising and consulting on framework implementation in Corporate Banking;
Supervision over Junior Product Owners in accordance with agile product development framework;
Mentoring Junior Product Owners throughout user experience research, market studies and financial projection preparations.
What I achieved
In August 2023, Unibank introduced Pitching Committee that facilitates internal innovations and product development in accordance with agile principles;
Introduced 5 internal procedures that set stone for product development framework in Unibank;
Corporate Business increased Product Owners' staff from 4 to 16;
In 6 months, 24 new features, 3 new products introduced to Corporate Customers;
Digitation in Corporate Banking doubled within 10 months.
