Established in 2007, this family-owned business has been guiding tens of thousands of families for over 15 years. Having experienced the same journeys as the families they assist, they bring a deep understanding and genuine empathy to their work.

The primary goal of this project was to redesign the website of SeniorHomeCare.com to align with contemporary visual trends and significantly improve the user experience.

The redesign aimed to create a modern, engaging, and user-friendly interface that better serves the needs of seniors and their families seeking home care services.

Objectives :

Adopted a clean, minimalistic design approach to ensure a professional and welcoming appearance.

Streamlined navigation to simplify access to key information and services.

Ensured the website is fully responsive and optimized for all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

After redesign - Header section

Design process :

Conduct a thorough heuristic evaluation to identify at least 10 UX flaws.

Provide actionable suggestions for improvement.

Develop a couple of initial layout drafts based on the heuristic evaluation suggestions.

Present the initial layout drafts to the client for feedback and approval.

Create a comprehensive style guide based on the client's requirements to ensure consistency in the design.

Design the high-fidelity versions of the remaining web pages, adhering to the style guide.

Present the high-fidelity designs to the client for review and feedback.

Develop interactive prototypes of the designs to demonstrate functionality and user flow.

Complete the design system, ensuring all components and guidelines are well-documented for a smooth handoff to the client.
