While I was a copywriter at Dentsu, RBC wanted to transform their Technology and Operations department into a recognizable tech arm within the company and decided to rebrand to Tech @ RBC.
With a focus on highlighting the company’s capacity for innovation, the ability that it gives employees to cultivate a sense of purpose, its desires to communicate how the company’s work had created real-world impact and the opportunity potential employees have for career growth an mobility, the deliverables emphasized these elements through creative outputs.
