As Founding Designer & Product Lead, I led the end-to-end design and product experience. From defining user flows and visual systems to building real-time dashboards and AI-driven reporting interfaces, my focus was on turning complex procurement workflows into a clean, modern, and trustworthy SaaS experience.I also worked closely with engineers to ship features in Next.js + ShadCN, establishing the design system and UX patterns that power the entire platform.
