Dr. Sherry Price is a health and wellness coach. She helps successful women stop overdrinking and overeating. She helps women create a new relationship with food and alcohol and live the life they've always wanted. Sherry Price created EpicYOU, a transformative coaching program to help me the needs of more women struggling with food and alcohol.

Project Overview

As a copywriter, I team up with Sherry to create engaging email newsletters for her coaching program, EpicYOU. This particular newsletter is part of a series focused on attracting more women to join EpicYOU.

Primary Objective:

This newsletter aims to inspire her audience to reassess their detrimental habits and motivate them to take action by joining EpicYOU.

Target Audience:

Sherry identifies her audience as successful and mature women who desire to regain control of their lives and habits. These women frequently prioritize the needs of others while unintentionally neglecting their own well-being. Sherry intentionally steers clear of an addiction/recovery approach in her brand voice and, instead, focuses on empowering these older women to take proactive steps towards improving their lives.

Email Copy:

Subject: Here’s How to Break A Bad Habit.
Hi [First Name],
We all have bad habits and that’s not a big deal.
It’s a big deal when a bad habit stays much longer than you want it to.
And it’s hard to break that bad habit.
You form new habits much quicker than you break existing, well-programmed habits.
