This project involved creating a 100-day onboarding journey for new clients of Athena's executive assistant services. The aim was to guide clients through a step-by-step journey to master the art of delegation and establish a productive relationship with their executive assistants.

Problem:

The challenge was to design a user-friendly onboarding process that would prepare clients for their future interactions with their executive assistants and ensure optimal utilization of the service.
