About The Clients

I have completed analytics audits for a variety of clients, ranging from B2B SaaS tools to Fortune 500 eCommerce clients.
The common theme all clients have when coming to me for an analytics audit is they don't trust their set-up. Whether there is an obvious technical set-up issue, or the data is not matching their analysis needs, clients come to me to provide recommendations. 

Process

Analytics audit typically start with a Discovery call. What marketing tech tools are you utilizing, are you aware of any issues currently in your set-up? What analysis are trying to attempt that you cannot currently do?

Deliverables

Deliverables include the up to 1 hour discovery call and 1 hour findings call.
Additional deliverables include an executive-level summary deck as well as a Google Sheets checklist of all recommended items.
The checklist can be used to keep track of item completion, assign responsibilies, and be used as a quote for hours estimate on line items.
