Honeywell wanted to modernise it's product offerings - Asset Sentinel, IR and IRIS and bring them under a single umbrella called Forge APM (Asset Performance Management). 

Forge is a cloud-based SaaS suite designed for industrial sites and warehouses; it provides end-to-end insights into assets, operations, and workforce.

Led cross-regional discovery workshops across the US, India, and APAC — mapping stakeholder needs, defining key user groups, and building deep domain knowledge across manufacturing and shipping verticals.

Delivered detailed user journeys and representative wireframes for each user group and industrial use case.

Over a period of 6 months, I designed 70+ screens across both Industrial and shipping sectors. Key highlights: 1. Adopting WebGL to render 3D asset renditions on assets 2. Coauthoring the Forge design system and designing the data visualisations 3. Leading the effort for Forge mobile - Users can monitor assets and workorders on mobile devices
