I lead and executed on this large project to refresh Sprout Social's Competitor Reporting product. I planned development milestones, working closely with Product Owners to sequence the project, which included many customer-facing releases. While this was a multi-year project, we had 5 major product releases which iteratively built upon one another and delivered value to our customers along the way along with many iterative and incremental releases in-between.

I worked extensively with the product owners as I lead the project. I worked with a team of 2 other back-end engineers and 2 front-end engineers who built the web app. I wrote a significant amount of the back-end code for this project, including data ingestion, processing, and the APIs.
