An ad for a bakery that exists only in this film: pirates bombard a ship with cakes fired from cannons, and the crew surrenders after the first taste of cream.
The joke only works if the pirates look like real pirates and the cakes look like they came from a patisserie window, in every single shot. So the whole film is built on continuity: the same pirates and the same cakes from the first act to the last, across ships and open sea.
I wrote the script, cast the crew, directed every shot and finished it the way a commercial is finished: lip-synced dialogue and a full sound mix, delivered as one film rather than a folder of clips.
For a brand, this is the full spot: a story with a cast, a punchline and a world you could never afford to build on a set.
Orchestrated end to end in Claude Code, on my own production system.
