Athlete Merch System Design

A series of custom merch systems designed for elite American football and basketball athletes, produced through Sticker Mule. Each athlete had their own store, but the work needed a consistent visual language across all of them — illustrated poses, logo design, and photo collages with a grungy, high-energy aesthetic that felt native to sports culture and fan merch.

The challenge was creating something that felt personal to each player while belonging to the same visual family. The result is a scalable system that agencies can replicate across their full roster.
