Outbound Operators had an existing website, but it wasn’t keeping up with their ambition. As a B2B agency connecting founders, sales executives, and SDRs with top-tier outbound strategies, their site needed to scream value, clarity, and conversion.

The old design was clunky, lacked focus, and failed to showcase their expertise. They wanted a stunning, clean redesign with new pages to drive engagement and clearly communicate their unique value proposition. Having previously redesigned their cofounder Ronen’s personal website, I was thrilled when he approached me to reimagine their agency site—a project that let my creativity run wild.

This was a solo mission where I wore all hats: UX design, copywriting, visual direction, and implementation. I worked closely with Ronen to align on their vision, then delivered a fully redesigned site built in WordPress. Using Figma for prototyping, I crafted every pixel and word to reflect their bold brand and conversion-driven goals.

The original site was a mess—disjointed layouts, vague messaging, and no clear path to conversion. My goal was to create a sleek, modern design that felt intuitive and screamed “we’re the experts you trust.” Here’s how I tackled it:

Leveraged their existing branding (logo and color scheme) but refined it with a cohesive design system—bold accents, clean lines, and a professional yet approachable aesthetic.

Chose a sharp, modern typeface to elevate readability and authority.

Rewrote dense copy into concise, punchy content that spoke directly to their audience’s pain points. The result was a site that felt like a conversation with a trusted partner, guiding users effortlessly toward action.

Designed modular layouts for easy navigation, ensuring key info was always one click away.

Used high-impact visuals that aligned with their brand to convey trust and expertise.

Writing copy was a core part of the process. I ditched jargon-heavy text for clear, benefit-driven messaging that spoke directly to founders, executives, and SDRs. Headlines were bold yet simple, body copy was scannable, and CTAs were crafted to spark action without feeling pushy. Every word was designed to reinforce their expertise and drive conversions.

In Figma, I prototyped every page to ensure a flawless user flow before moving to WordPress for development. I incorporated their branding seamlessly—bold colors, clean layouts, and subtle animations to make the site feel alive. Delivering four key pages—Home, About Us, Open Roles, and Free Resources—in just 10 days was intense but rewarding. Ronen and the team were blown away by how the redesign captured their brand’s essence while driving conversions. The site now feels like an extension of their mission, converting visitors into leads with clarity and style.

I loved the creative freedom this project offered, from crafting persuasive copy to designing a sleek, modern interface. If I had more time, I’d experiment with advanced animations to add even more polish.
