The solution was to produce three 25-30 minute videos each supported by a virtual broadcast and virtual Q&A from the ExCo team. Each video would consist of an overarching thread that would tie together 2-3 main stories, interlaced with 9-12 bitesize news updates from around the business. Drawing inspiration from UK TV shows such as The One Show and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, a fast-paced yet highly compelling and emotive program was produced. This resulted in over three thousand views per episode and stellar feedback from senior stakeholders and the wider business.
