During the pandemic, my client still needed a way to engage delegates at international medical conferences without them leaving the comfort of their own homes, but different from the conventional website.

The client had five key objectives:

Create an engaging web based environment that could showcase the clients product marketing materials, video content, prescribing information and upcoming webinars.

Have the functionality to broadcast live webinars.

Have a built in registration form with multi delegate grouping.

Comply with the client's Infosec policies.

Be able to be duplicated with ease and speed for different conferences and delegate groups.

The solution involved creating a virtual exhibition interface that users could navigate easily while interacting with various pieces of content. A fully 3D environment was developed using Cinema 4D, featuring multiple 'mappable' areas for displaying interactive content. The website was built on Drupal, providing a robust CMS and a flexible, reusable template that could be easily duplicated and customized independently.
