Hello Sweetie: Live Music Agency Booking Platform

Hello Sweetie, a live-performance music agency, needed a website built from the ground up. They had no existing digital presence and required a platform that could showcase their roster of artists, handle booking inquiries, and communicate the premium feel of their brand to potential clients.

I designed and developed a fully custom WordPress site using Elementor, focused on two core priorities: making it effortless for visitors to discover artists and making it simple to book them.

Every design decision was driven by the user journey, from landing on the homepage to submitting a booking request.

Integrated Booking System A streamlined booking flow that lets potential clients inquire about artist availability and submit booking requests directly through the site. No back-and-forth emails required.

Dedicated Artist Pages Each artist on the roster has their own profile page with bios, media, and performance details. This gives potential bookers everything they need to make a decision without leaving the site.

Premium Visual Identity The design reflects the exclusivity of the agency's brand, with bold typography, rich imagery, and a dark color palette that sets the tone immediately.

Mobile-First, Responsive Build The entire site was built mobile-first, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices.
