Lead Response Audit: Find Where Your Deals Are Leaking

Most businesses do not have a lead-volume problem—they have a response problem. A prospect submits a form, calls, or sends a text, and the response arrives hours or days later, after the opportunity has already moved on.
This audit uses a real mystery-shopper test. I submit the contact form, call the business line, and text the published number as a prospect would, then document exactly what happens and how long each response takes.
The final report maps the full lead path, identifies which steps happen automatically, shows where human memory is required, and ranks the three biggest leaks by their likely business impact. It concludes with a prioritized fix plan explaining what to change first and whether each improvement is worth implementing.
The report belongs to the client and stands on its own. If the existing process works well, the audit says so plainly instead of inventing unnecessary work.
