Cupbop: Visual Identity for Menu & Social Media Experience

Role

Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator

Tools Used

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva

The Story

The Challenge: Capturing the Energy of Korean Street Food Cupbop is a fast-casual brand with a vibrant personality, but they faced a dual challenge: their in-store menu needed to streamline the ordering process during rush hours, and their social media needed to convert casual scrollers into paying customers. The goal wasn't just to make things "look good"—it was to design a system that reduced friction for the customer and amplified the brand's "Korean Street Food" energy across every touchpoint.

Challenge

The brand needed to maintain a high-energy visual presence across both physical (in-store) and digital (social media) touchpoints.
For the Menu: The goal was to simplify the ordering process while maximizing appetite appeal. With a variety of combos ("Paket Hemat") and add-ons, the layout needed to be scannable without looking cluttered.
For Social Media: The challenge was to translate the in-store excitement to the Instagram grid, using lifestyle content to drive foot traffic and engagement.

Performance & Business Results

The redesign delivered measurable impact on both operations and brand growth. By optimizing the menu layout, we successfully reduced customer decision time, which is critical for maintaining fast throughput during peak lunch and dinner rushes. The strategic placement of "Paket" combos and add-ons helped increase the Average Order Value (AOV), as customers found it easier to identify and purchase complete meals rather than single items.
On the digital front, the refreshed social media identity revitalized the brand's online presence. The shift toward high-energy, human-centric content led to a significant spike in engagement rates, with shares and saves increasing as users resonated with the "shared dining" aesthetic. The cohesive visual language across the physical menu and digital ads created a seamless omni-channel experience, reinforcing brand recall and directly driving foot traffic from the "feed to the store."
