Domino’s Pizza is an American classic whose digital ecosystem required a significant overhaul before re-launching in the Norwegian market.

We designed a completely new website, app, and B2B solution with improved UX flows and UI components, alongside an expanded design system to support a clean and consistent visual language across digital touch points.

This provided customers with easier access to local restaurant menus and locations, clearer navigation and product filtering, intuitive pizza customisation options, and a feature-rich user profile area. We also simplified the dynamic pizza tracker by incorporating a linear format to give customers an easier overview of their order status at every step.

Building on Domino's established brand elements, we proposed a custom set of illustrations to inject a layer of personality throughout the product and to help make the ordering process fun and enjoyable.
