I re-engineered a composite hockey stick profile to optimize shaft flex and player handling. Using CAD, I sculpted a custom ergonomic geometry that tapers dynamically to maximize shot velocity while reducing palm fatigue. I produced detailed technical drawings specifying exact carbon-fiber layup orientations and dimensional limits for manufacturing. The final delivery included high-impact 3D renders that realistically capture the raw woven carbon fibers and glossy graphic finishes.
