As part of Kannabio, a pioneering company dedicated to producing high-quality CBD and cannabis products in Greece, I embarked on a mission to transform the perception of cannabis from a guilty pleasure to a recognized necessity, promoting its numerous health benefits. Over the course of one year, my goal was to boost engagement on Kannabio’s Instagram and build a community that understands and appreciates the value of our products.

My strategy focused on debunking myths surrounding cannabis, particularly the misconception that it is addictive. I highlighted the positive elements of cannabis, such as CBD and CBG, showcasing their benefits through educational and engaging content. By providing factual information and personal testimonials, I aimed to reshape public perception and emphasize the health and wellness potential of cannabis products.

Despite my efforts, I faced significant challenges due to social media marketing policies that restrict advertising for cannabis-related products. This limitation required me to be innovative in my approach, leveraging organic growth, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to spread our message effectively. Through perseverance and creativity, I navigated these obstacles and built a loyal, informed audience on Instagram.

My strategic efforts paid off significantly over the one-year project duration, resulting in a 120% increase in followers and an 80% boost in both reach and engagement. These metrics reflect my success in building a vibrant and engaged community, effectively communicating the benefits of CBD and cannabis products, and overcoming the challenges posed by social media advertising restrictions.
