Luma renovates residential, commercial and hospitality property. The site is built around photography of finished spaces, so the design gets out of the way of it.

Almost every surface is near black. The interiors are the only bright thing on the page, which means a lit kitchen or a sunlit stairwell carries the section rather than a graphic. One warm yellow handles every action on the site. Type does the structural work between the images, with numbered section markers and headlines that shift weight and colour inside a single line.
