A drop box-esque site for private cloud storage with dynamic system wide access roles and individual folder access controls.

The company approached me having recently been hacked with help from a group of recent employees. They managed to access all the company files and wipe the entire system clean. It was very unfortunate that they didn't have any backups in place. With this in mind, the organization needed a file management system that was cloud-based and had very tight yet flexible access control policies in place. I managed to offer them what they wanted with a custom software solution that incorporated all their needs and so much more.

With the new system, management could securely back up system-wide all their files in real-time with the confidence that employees had access to what concerned them.

This saw a significant increase in productivity as employees and management could concentrate on getting their work done and not worry about the safety of their documents.
