Real estate property management

A Progressive web application for a Property Management company based in Michigan. Allowing them to schedule services to their listed properties (with google calendar integration), manage property managers and staff. Providing an overall good experience for all parties.

The company initially struggled to get a grasp of their agent's activities as well as keeping tabs on all the repairs needed for the vast array of property under their watch. We came up with a software solution that increased the efficiency in service delivery and issues were resolved. This strengthened the property management's firm reputation with existing clients and they had a 15% uptake in new clients through referrals due to the increased reputation.

The company was also able to reduce reliance on paperwork as the system kept a digital overview of most of their tasks.
