Project Title: Redesign of the MoMo PSB Mobile Application
Project Goal: To enhance the user experience of the MoMo Payment Service Bank (MoMo PSB) mobile application, aligning it more closely with the needs of the Nigerian market.
Role: UI/UX Designer
Timeline: 6 months
Description: MoMo PSB, a subsidiary of MTN, aims to improve financial inclusion in Nigeria through secure, technology-driven financial services. To better meet the needs of the Nigerian market, a comprehensive heuristic usability analysis was conducted to identify UX issues, followed by a competitive analysis to inform the redesign process. Over a 5-month period, the redesign was executed in sprints, resulting in an improved user experience.

Four intuitive sections: Card, My Services, Ads, and Transaction History for quick access to essential tools.
🌍 International Remittance
Easy cross-border money transfers to any African country directly from the app.
🧭 App Tour
Onboarding experience for new users that highlights key features and simplifies learning.
🎲 Betting Service Integration
Lets users fund their betting accounts directly within the app for added convenience.
📡 Bank Network Monitor
Displays real-time success rates of banks to help users avoid transfer failures or delays.
🛠️ Query Resolution Feature
In-app complaint submission tool to streamline customer support and improve satisfaction.
