Understanding the visitors
Guerilla Interviews were carried out at Suntec City Mall. The interviews were done with various user groups such as Suntec Office tower workers, local shoppers and tourists. We found that local visitors do not have any problems locating or navigating the mall. The key user group that will benefit the most from the website redesign were the tourists. We added a brand new tourist section is added to aid the tourists to feel more informed on what they can do at the mall.
