OTI-Signal Mobile App: Redesigning Clarity and Community for Traders. Role: Product (UI/UX) Designer About the Project: OTI-Signal is a mobile platform that enables signal providers to share trading insights with subscribers. I was responsible for redesigning the app's structure, improving usability and introducing new features that foster community, education and clarity in trading signals. Problem: The demo version lacked UX structure, engagement features and clarity on how signals were shared and interpreted. There was also no clear learning pathway for new users. Goals" 1. Simplify navigation for both beginner and advanced traders. 2. Make signals clear, consistent and actionable. 3. Introduce a learning (academy) feature for education. 4. Build a community-driven space that foster interaction and mentorship. My Process & Key Contributions: 1. Conducted heuristic analysis to uncover UX gaps and inconsistencies. 2. Redesigned the entire app architecture and dashboard from scratch. 3. Standardize signal formatting for clarity and readability. 4. Designed the community feature to improve engagement. 5. Introduced a Referral System to reward user growth. 6. Designed the Academy Feature to guide beginners through trading fundamentals. Result: 1. Reduced user confusion by 60% during testing 2. Stakeholders praised the redesign for positioning OTI as more than a signal provider but also a growth hub for traders.
