Apptivity is an MVP dashboard solution designed to give sales reps and managers a unified view of productivity across all the tools they use daily — Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Looker, and more.
Its purpose: reduce platform-switching fatigue, surface workflow inefficiencies, and turn insights into action.
The Challenge

The Approach
We worked in weekly sprint-like phases with the Business Sales Manager, exploring multiple UI scenarios and prioritizing features for an MVP launch.
