The web app was seeing drop-offs with a complex interface and broken user flows. I identified areas of opportunity and usability problems to address immediately to improve the overall user experience to reduce the initial drop off, and in turn increase engagement so users would be returning rather than leaving.
From delivering the scope of work, we have seen an increase in engagement across the platform by 11%, and retention after 1 month by 24%.
This project was in collaboration with a founder and engineer to improve engagement and retention of a weight-loss web app by redesigning the main interface.
