The GTT chatbot was meticulously crafted using a combination of Voiceflow, OpenAI, and custom JavaScript functions. This project demanded agile engineering, as the chatbot's primary function was to articulate intricate details about their managed SD-WAN services—an inherently technical offering. Our client required a chatbot capable of seamlessly adapting its language, using technical jargon when interacting with knowledgeable users and transitioning to a more casual, business-friendly tone for those less versed in the subject matter. Through meticulous prompt engineering, we successfully equipped the chatbot to discern the user's level of technical expertise and cater to both scenarios. The chatbot adeptly provides relevant information about GTT's services, encourages user engagement, and facilitates the scheduling of sales calls.
