GTT Communications is a multi-billion dollar international telecommunications corporation with over 3,000 employees. I worked directly with their Vice President of Global Demand to build a lead generation chatbot that helps generate and pre-qualify leads for their sales team.

AlumSum is a student loan management startup based in Chicago, IL. I worked directly with their Founder & CEO to create a Q/A chatbot that answers users questions and assists them with onboarding.

The GTT chatbot was meticulously crafted using a combination of Voiceflow, OpenAI, and custom JavaScript functions. This project demanded agile engineering, as the chatbot's primary function was to articulate intricate details about their managed SD-WAN services—an inherently technical offering. Our client required a chatbot capable of seamlessly adapting its language, using technical jargon when interacting with knowledgeable users and transitioning to a more casual, business-friendly tone for those less versed in the subject matter. Through meticulous prompt engineering, we successfully equipped the chatbot to discern the user's level of technical expertise and cater to both scenarios. The chatbot adeptly provides relevant information about GTT's services, encourages user engagement, and facilitates the scheduling of sales calls.

The AlumSum chatbot was built using Voiceflow, OpenAI, and custom JavaScript functions. This chatbot's main role is to talk about the AlumSum student loan management platform and answer user questions about student loans and the platform. One special challenge was ensuring that it can provide information without giving explicit financial advice, as per the client's request. The chatbot encourages users to sign up and routes them to the signup flow on their website.
