The Challenge

R3 Realty needed a one-page flyer to promote their new home-search app — something modern, inviting, and clear enough to make users download it instantly. The flyer had to highlight advanced search filters, real-time updates, and data privacy, while feeling both tech-driven and trustworthy.

The Solution

I explored 10 unique design concepts, focusing on hierarchy, readability, and visual appeal. The final layout featured a bold call-to-action (“Download Free Today!”) paired with real app visuals, clean typography, and R3’s signature green and dark grey color scheme. Icons and concise text made each feature easy to grasp at a glance.
