Hi Everyone, 👋​​​​​​​
In this project, I tackled a critical internal challenge within our organization: low employee compliance with timesheet submissions and a manual, inefficient ticketing process. As the sole UI/UX designer, I led the redesign of a platform used for managing IT support tickets and employee timesheets. My goal was to improve usability, reduce friction, and empower employees to manage their own workflows—without relying on constant managerial input.
This case study showcases how user research, process optimization, and intuitive interface design came together to drive real impact: higher compliance, reduced overhead, and a more seamless daily experience for both employees and managers.
